Related Q&As

Related Q&As add flexibility to structured conversations by allowing an end-user to ask clarifying questions when in a Flow, even at the point where a Gather module requires a specific response.

Related Q&As act in the much the same way as Standard Q&As but are only active within a Flow. They be added at a Flow level or at a specific point in the flow i.e. to one of its Gather modules.

Add a Related Q&A to a Flow

To add a Related Q&A to a flow -

  1. Click Manage Related Q&As

  2. In the sidebar, click Create Related Q&As

  3. Add the Q&A details as you would for a Standard Q&A

  4. Click Create Q&A

  5. Click Save Module

Add a Related Q&A to a Gather module

To add a Related Q&A to a Gather module in a flow -

  1. Edit the relevant Gather module in the Flow.

  2. Expand the Gather module's Related Q&A section.

  3. Click Create Related Q&A

  4. Add the Q&A details as you would for a Standard Q&A

  5. Click Create Q&A

  6. Click Save Module
