Any time you have added new Q&As, rules or experiences to your Assistant you will need to train it on the new knowledge.
Any additional training will be indicated by the counter in the top menu or a notification advising you to commence training.
To train your Assistant, select the counter and confirm your request by selecting ‘Train Assistant’.
While the Assistant is training the counter will spin and once it has completed a tick will appear and you will receive a notification within the tool.
If a warning symbol appears above the counter or an error message, please get in touch with the team to investigate.
Each time you create or edit Q&As or experiences such as flows, you may see a change in the counter next to the Train option, which indicates the number of Q&As that have been added or changed since the last time the Assistant's knowledge base was trained.
You need to Train your project when you are ready to make these changes available to your customers.
