Once you have trained and tested your Assistant, you are now ready to select and configure the channel you would like to deploy on.
Terminology -
Channels - Channels refer to the various platforms or mediums through which the chatbot interacts with users. These channels provide different interfaces and communication channels for users to engage with the chatbot.
Once in the channel page, select the channel card you would like to configure and then follow the instructions in the right-hand menu.

What should I do if my channel is not listed?
Humley are constantly improving and enhancing Studio, so if you can’t find the channel that you need, please let us know.
The web widget is not working on my website.
If the web widget is not working on your website you can complete the below steps to check the set up is correct and check the network.
Check that the code added within your website matches Studio and that it has been placed in the correct areas on your site.
Clear your browser cache and cookies. Cached data can sometimes interfere with the proper function of web widgets.
Check the Content Security Policy (CSP) on your website and ensure that is allows the necessary domains and sources for the widget to function.
You can also check to see if the widget works on other devices or browsers.

Can I change the colour of my Assistant?
You can only change the colour of the Assistant in the Humley Web Widget Channel.
To do this: Click on the channel card. In the configuration instructions, before pasting the html script on step 5, copy it into a Note Pad and then change the relevant hex code colours to your preference. Once you are happy with the changes, paste the code into the footer of the page you would like your Assistant to appear.
Can I deploy to multiple channels?
Yes, you can deploy your Assistant to as many channels as you require. Please note that the experience on each of the channels will be the same. If you require a different experience per channel, you will need to set up a new project.
