Upload & Approve Your Q&As

With Studio, it is simple to create a knowledge base of Q&As to fuel your conversational experiences utilizing generative AI and GPT models.

Add your data sources to our AI Engine.

Select the data source you require and then add or upload your content to Studio.

Studio will create your Q&A suggestions and alternative user inputs.

Once Studio has finished and the counter has stopped, you will receive a notification to start reviewing your suggestions.

Terminology -

Q&A - A Q&A is a user query and a response provided by your Conversational Assistant. This might be an FAQ type interaction (a simple question and answer) or this could be triggering an action (such as requesting an order update).

Alternative User Input - These are all of the ways a user may phrase a query or a request and are used to enrich your Assistant's understanding of your customers.

Review your Q&A suggestions.

Studio will present your suggestions to you one by one to edit, review and approve. You can make changes to the content within the editor box, amend the formatting and add links or rich media.

You also have the option to view all the suggestions created, by selecting ‘View All Suggestions’. From this menu, you can select the specific suggestion you would like to review.

You can also Add All of your suggestions without reviewing them using the ‘Add All Suggestions’ buttons. Once you have done this, you can edit and delete individual Q&As from the knowledge base page.

If you don’t want to add a suggestion to your knowledge base, click ‘Dismiss’.

Once you have been through all your suggestions, Studio will start to add them to your knowledge base ready for use.
