Spelling

The spelling module in Studio, enables you to cater for a wider nuance of customer language. Whether that is industry specific acronyms or abbreviations.

Please, note Studio utilises IBM Watson’s spelling capability, so will automatically handle and correct most inputs prior to providing a response.

To add new spellings to your Assistant, click on the Enhance Features menu item and then the Spelling card. Select ‘Create Term’ and then enter the spelling details you wish to include. Once you have finished, ensure to click on ‘Save Term’ in the Create Term right hand module and ‘Save Extension’ on the main spellings page.
