What data sources can I upload?
In the most recent version of Studio, you can add a text document or PDF.
You can upload as many data sources as you need for your experience.
We are constantly updating and improving the technology and will update you once new data sources have been added. If you would like to request a data source, please email us at support@humley.com.
What happens to my data sources once I have created my Q&As?
Once you have added data, they will be displayed on the Data Sources page, where you can access them again at any time.
All data uploaded to Studio is securely handled in line with GDPR and Humley's data protection documentation.
How are my data sources stored?
Your Q&As are stored within our secure servers. If you would like to request information on our data security, click here.
What if none of the Q&As suggested are right?
With Studio you can edit any suggested responses and can also add additional data sources to generate more Q&As. Alternatively, please get in touch with our support team who will be able to assist you via support@humley.com
What if I need to make changes to my Q&As?
You can easily make changes to your Q&A suggestions using the editor box under each suggestion before you approve it.
Alternatively, you can make changes to Q&As once they have been added to your Knowledge Base, by navigating selecting Knowledge Base in the menu and then selecting the relevant Q&As to launch the editor. To find out more about editing Q&As click here.
Can I use it more than once?
Yes, upload as many data sources as you need. Add as your customer experiences grow.
Existing data sources can also be used to populate responses to gaps in your knowledge base identified during testing. To find out more click here.
What should I do if I don’t have any data sources to upload?
Studio also provides the option to manually create Q&As from the Knowledge base page or upload them via a CSV. file. Instructions on how to do this can be found by clicking here.
